Jaelynn, who was a former women’s track and field standout at Southwestern University and a proud graduate of Porter High School, was known not only for her athletic talent but for her kindness, intelligence, and ambition.

As she approached the intersection at Mossy Oaks, an eastbound pickup truck struck her vehicle at the driver’s door.

Despite the quick response from emergency personnel, Jaelynn sadly succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
