When Aemond died Alys Rivers was pregnant, She was over 40 at the time and there was no maester or midwife that witnessed the birth of the boy she gave claimed was Aemond’s son. She also claimed that her and Aemond had married but there is no proof of any marriage. We never got a description of the boy in Fire and Blood if I recall correctly. Alys Rivers and her son ruled over Harrenhal until 151 AC presumably. The boy would’ve been about 20 when Harrenhal got new rulers.
