Born in 1972, Tony was the son of the late Joseph Tony and Audrey (Hiteshew) Downey.

He shared an unbreakable bond with his siblings: Michele (Glenn) Martinson, Kim (David) Brown, Rita M. Eckle, Mary Brown, Joseph (Anita) Downey, and Melissa (Tony) Cerminara.

His late sister, Ellen, held a special place in his heart, and he maintained a warm connection with Ellen’s husband, Donald Sekel.

Tony is also survived by his loving wife, Heather Downey, and his two daughters, Rebecca and Chloe Downey, who were the light of his life.
