Eventually, Siemens managed to contact her best friend, Angie Milner, who called 911 while hurrying over to the house in Grants Pass, Oregon, on January 24, 2023.
As her panic grows, she listens to her friend of a decade screaming from within while the door remains locked.
As the garage doors open suddenly, Justine’s ex, Benjamin Foster, appears and can be heard on the 911 call saying Angie had a “heart attack” before he fled.
Angie was stunned to find Justine inside, tied up, with a noose around her neck, deeply bruised, her teeth knocked out, and on the verge of de*th.
She was so severely beaten that, after being rushed to the hospital, she fell into a coma and was in critical condition. Milner feared her friend might not survive or could end up in a vegetative state. She added,

From Bar Work to Brutal Encounter: How Justine Met Foster
Justine Siemens initially met Foster in late 2022 while they were working at a bar in Oregon, and they began a casual relationship that lasted about two months.
Foster seemed like an ordinary person, but she grew concerned when he requested a clean urine sample one day.
After this, she researched online and discovered his background in Las Vegas, where he had a history of abusing women and had been arrested for battery.
Shocked by the revelation, Siemens informed their boss. She said,
At the end of the day, you don’t want somebody working for you in the bar industry, giving people alcohol, that has a history of abusing women. And he got fired, ultimately, because of it.
She ended her relationship with Foster, but a month later, when she returned home from work, she found him secretly living in her garage.
She says,
I just remember sitting on my couch and him coming in out of my garage and him starting beating me. He said I got him fired.
