George Chidi Comments On Channel 5 Journalist

Chidi lashed out at a correspondent from Channel 5 News outside of the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, Illinois, on August 20, 2024.

Channel 5, without filters, has added the same interaction to their Instagram with the caption “Channel 5 live at the DNC. We made some friends.

The YouTube channel journalist introduced himself as Sidam, who had a ski mask on. When he asked The Guardian reporter about himself, he said,

Their interaction got rather argumentative. George went on to say,

“I am staring at a man who claims to be a journalist and will not identify themselves. You’re a fu*k up. Legitimate journalists will take issue with this and once I’m done with all of this shit, I’m going to find out what the hell this bullshit is about.”

The video was cut off until, in another clip, Chidi was captured making offensive remarks about Sidam and his parents.

“This is fu**ed up, your people are fu**ed up, the folks who are listening to this s**t are fu**ed up. You should be ashamed of yourself if you’re giving this guy clicks.”

The reporter furiously added before walking away from the camera,

“F**k you, f**k your mother, in fact I got 20 bucks I’ll go f**k your mother. Maybe she’ll give me 10 bucks back so that her husband can fu**ing watch.”
