Gathright was taken into custody at a shopping center in Jacksonville.
Isaiah Chance
Isaiah Chance, 21, is a documented ATK member and faces charges from officials for first-degree premeditated m*rder and conspiracy to commit first-degree premeditated m*rder.
Authorities took him into custody along with Andrews following a search warrant at a residence on Captiva Bluff Road North, and he faces a charge of resisting an officer without violence.
Detectives stated that Chance was not among the shooters who k*lled Foolio. Instead, he was in a suspect vehicle with Andrews, tracking Foolio.
Officials reported that Chance used his cell phone at two locations and got out of the vehicle each time before the second suspect vehicle arrived.
As of now, he is still in detention at Duval County Jail.
Alicia Andrews
Jacksonville resident Andrews, 21, faces charges of first-degree m*rder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder related to Foolio’s d*ath.
According to Tampa Police, Andrews assisted Isaiah Chance Jr. in tracing and following Foolio and his entourage to two different locations on the night of the shooting.
Officials have not included her in the group of suspects who fired a gun at Foolio.
Officers from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office arrived on June 27 at Captiva Bluff Road North for a search warrant.
They waited 15-20 minutes before arresting Andrews as she exited the home.
