No News About Dana Bash Getting Fired Amid Recent Controversy

Its just a public demand!

The CNN news presenter Dana Bash, has been urged to get fired from her work.

Key Takeaways

  • Dana Bash accused Ohio Senator JD Vance of inciting danger against the hospital and bomb threats.
  • People didn’t like Dana’s approach towards Senator and are asking for her to get fired from the work.
  • However, there is no official news about this.

The issue surfaced after a heated conversation between Dana Bash and Vice-Presidential candidate and Ohio Senator JD Vance.

During their back-and-forth conversation on CNN’s State of the Union, Dana pointed out that Vance is “the senator from Ohio” and not merely a bystander.”

“So, instead of saying things that are wrong and actually causing the hospitals, the schools, the government buildings to be evacuated because of bomb threats, because of the cats and dogs thing, why not actually be constructive in helping to better integrate them into the community, because [there are] a lot of employers there who say that the Haitian workers are helping fill jobs that they need desperately filled?”

Vance didn’t appear quite happy with the way he was addressed, especially with the accusations of him inciting danger against the hospitals and bomb threats.

“Dana, first of all, let me just respond to a couple of things that you said, but I wanna start with something you said, which I think is frankly disgusting and is more appropriate for a Democratic propagandist than it is for an American journalist. There is nothing that I have said that has led to threats against these hospitals. These hospitals, the bomb threats, and so forth, it’s disgusting. The violence is disgusting. We condemn it. We condemn all violence.”

However, this heated exchange stemmed from a recent false claim about Haitian immigrants in Springfield, Ohio, allegedly eating pets.

Former President Trump made this allegation during a Presidential debate with VP Harris, and interestingly, Senator Vance had raised the same claim just the day before.

Although that claim was baseless, people are upset with how Dana accused the Senator of such a serious allegation.

Consequently, social media platform X is flooded with reposts of the interview, with users demanding that she be fired.

Additionally, her recent stance on the second assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump has sparked further discontent.

However, as of now, there has been no official news of her being dismissed.

Her Instagram bio still identifies her as a CNN Co-Anchor State of the Union, Anchor Inside Politics, Chief Political Correspondent.
